We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer an alternative, a refund or a later delivery if possible. Credit card orders are processed securely by Stripe payments. Brave Designs Ltd does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. If you would like to speak to a member of staff, please call 0131 623 0080. Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some variation. Hand made items will vary and particularly fetish necklaces will have varied beads.   If you have any questions or wish to cancel an order placed with us, please call 0131 623 0080.

Returns

We offer a 7-Day "No Quibble Guarantee". If any item is not to your liking, simply return it to us at: Brave Designs, 31 Blinkbonny  Gardens, Edinburgh, EH4 3HG. Overseas customers will be allowed extra time for returns and should simply contact us via email or phone to let us know which items are being returned. We will then let you know when the items are received here at Head Office and refund your card accordingly. To comply with Health & Safety regulations, no returns are available on pierced earrings.  All piercing posts are  sterling silver and all jewellery is nickel free. When returning goods, it will speed up the process if you include your name/address, and where possible, your order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the Company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Postage costs and transaction fees such as those charged by some service providers, are not reimbursed. Once we receive the goods, we will refund your card within 10 days. All items are checked for quality before being  packed to arrive in pristine condition. However, there is always the possibility that an item may be damaged in transit, in which case you should call Head Office on 0131 623 0080 or email sales@bravedesigns.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
